How do I obtain my code? Do the Entry Form and the Declaration Form need to be stamped by the contracting authority?
The four-digit code with which entrants are required to label their entry is chosen by the entrants themselves (it can consist of letters or numbers). However, please note that the two sealed envelopes (1 and 2) contained in the entry are labelled only with the four-digit code, while the entrant's identity is stated only on the forms contained inside envelope 1. As this is an anonymous public call, we must ensure that the jury does not know the identity of the entrants when assessing their entries.
The Entry Form and the Declaration Form do not need to be stamped by the contracting authority (i.e. The Government PR and Media Office). Both forms are completed, signed and stamped by the entrant. If the entrant is a natural person, he/she only fills in and signs the forms, as he/she does not have a stamp.
Can the logos be drawn manually, or do they have to be produced on a computer?
The entrant can draw the logo manually, but must also submit it in vector format, which means that the logo must be designed using an appropriate computer application.
What do the four different dimensions mean (200, 100, 20 and 10 mm)? Which is the height, and which is the length?
The entrant must produce the logo in four sizes: 200mm, 100 mm, 20 mm and 10 mm. This means that in the largest format the maximum side of the logo is 200 mm long, while other measurements accord with the logo's dimensions.
