What happens if more than one entrant chooses the same four-digit code?

If different entrants choose the same four-digit code, the head of the public procurement procedure adds a fifth digit to differentiate between the entries. The purpose of the code is to ensure the anonymity of entrants. The head of the public procurement procedure ensures that the jury does not know the identity of the entrants, and that entries by different entrants are differentiated, so as to avoid confusion.

Are entrants who submit entries both for the logo and for the slogan, and who use the word 'Slovenia', expected to include the word in the logo (thus typographically or graphically designing it) or the slogan (and consequently not designing it typographically or graphically)?

If an entrant intends to use the word 'Slovenia', e.g. in the logo, it is advisable to design it accordingly. The use of the word 'Slovenia is not mandatory.

Do the entries for the slogan have to include the word 'Slovenia'?

The use of the word 'Slovenia is not mandatory.

Can an entrant who creates several different designs, submit them as separate entries (thus labelling each proposal with a different code)?

An entrant can submit several entries. If he/she wishes, he/she can submit them separately, thus labelling each design with a different code. In this case, each entry must be submitted in accordance with the guidelines stipulated in the call for entries and include envelope 1, and the completed Entry Form and Declaration Form.

If an entrant wishes, he/she may submit several entries under one code. In this case the designs should be separated (the contents of envelope 2) and all labelled with the code, to which the serial number of the entry should be added (e.g. abcd/1, abcd/2, etc.), while the Entry Form and Declaration Form (the contents of envelope 1) should be completed only once, and labelled only with the code (e.g. abcd).

In either case the most important rule is that an entrant discloses their identity only on special forms (Entry Form, Declaration Form), which should be included in envelope 1. The envelope with the entries should be labelled with the code only.

Will the entries be exhibited? If yes, will an exhibition catalogue be published?

The contracting authority has not planned an exhibition.
