Can a natural person submit an entry? The tender documentation clearly states that entries can also be submitted by natural persons; however, the Declaration Form states that the entrant should meet the conditions stipulated by Article 42 of the Public Procurement Act - official consolidated version /ZJN-1-UPB1/ - this article refers to legal persons, sole traders, and self-employed professionals in the field of culture.
The Declaration Form clearly states that the entrant declares that he/she meets the conditions stipulated in Article 42 of the Public Procurement Act - official consolidated version /ZJN-1-UPB1/ (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 36/2004) to the extent relevant to the purpose of this call. Article 42 of the Public Procurement Act applies to all entrants. Naturally, a natural person cannot meet all the conditions, nor are they required to do so. Do not be concerned about the plural form used in the Declaration Form (we state, we agree, we accept).
It has already been explained in reply to the question dated 12 July 2006 that a natural person only signs the forms, while legal persons and sole traders also need to stamp them, as is clearly explained in the Declaration Form.
Point 5 of the tender documentation - Conditions for Area A (the logo) - does not stipulate whether an entry must be submitted on laminated stock.
The contracting authority does not demand that entries be submitted on laminated stock. Entrants themselves decide on stock type; however, it must be in vertical A3 format.
