We have a question regarding the design pertaining to Area A. If the word SLOVENIJA is an integral part of the logo, must we produce a version excluding the letter J - SLOVENIA?
If the word SLOVENIJA is an integral part of the logo, it is not necessary to produce a version without the letter J.
May an entrant submit the entry by hand (instead of by post)? Has the contracting authority designated a mail reception office, or may the entries simply be put in the mailbox at the Government PR and Media Office, Gregorčičeva 25, 1000 Ljubljana? With regard to the requirement that all entries must arrive at your address by 12.00 on 4 September 2006 (regardless of the time of posting registered mail at the post office), I would like to know if I may submit my entry by hand on 4 September by 12.00 without a post office receipt (as this is the only way for me to be certain to ave submitted my entry in time)?
The entrant may submit the entry by hand at the Secretary's office of the Government PR and Media Office. Entries may also be submitted by hand on 4 September 2006 by 12.00.
